This is a new message, I've put it here as a demonstration. You should be able to reply to it if you like.

I don't understand. I have sent two messages now, but I can't see them on the home page.
And what's the "preview" button for? I can see my message once I've typed it - I can preview it then!

Preview lets you see the message before you submit it.
It only gets put in the database after you press the Submit button.
When we see you tomorrow at 4pm we will answer any questions and show you.
